HC Deb 14 December 1955 vol 547 cc201-2W
103. Mr. G. Roberts

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if, in view of the dangerous condition of the bus station at Pwllheli, Caernarvonshire, which is used extensively by vehicles and travellers, including some hundreds of school children, every day, he will expedite approval of loan sanction for the borough council's plans for resurfacing the station and providing shelters.

Mr. Boyd-Carpenter

I have explained the details of this matter in my reply to the hon. Member's letter of 2nd December. If the council will furnish an itemised estimate of the cost of the works proposed at the bus station, I will give the terms of the loan sanction my immediate consideration.
