§ Mr. J. StuartI would refer the hon. Member to the Answer given by my right hon. and gallant Friend the Home Secretary on 10th November to my hon. Friend the Member for Wembley, South (Mr. Russell); as my right hon. Friend explained, the Answer dealt also with the position in Scotland.
