§ Mr. SandysA Report of the Housing Management Sub-Committee of the Central Housing Advisory Committee—which dealt in particular with methods of fixing rents, and gave particulars of various forms of differential rent schemes—was sent to local authorities by my predecessor in November, 1953. I am considering what further advice might usefully be given on this subject.
