§ 74. Mr. A. J. Irvineasked the Attorney-General whether he will give the number of statutory tribunals in addition to the local tribunals of the Ministry of 16W Pensions and National Insurance before whom parties are expressly, by the relevant Statute or Statutory Instrument, not allowed to be represented by barristers or solicitors.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThere is no express prohibition in respect of any tribunal for which my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor is responsible. No information about other tribunals is available in my Department and I do not think the work involved in obtaining it would be justified.
