§ Mr. PeakeThe Committee's Report on the liability for contributions of persons with small incomes was laid before the House last April, and its recommendations, which included a raising of the income limit for exception, have since18W been embodied in legislation. The Committee is still engaged on its review of the general provisions relating to credits.
