§ Mr. J. R. H. Hutchisonasked the Minister of Works whether he will now make available the reports on nuclear energy in Europe made by the committee set up by the Messina Conference Powers, and also the reports on the same subject by the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation.
§ Mr. BirchThe Organisation for European Economic Co-operation has not completed its report. Publication will be a matter for that Organisation. The Messina Committee is making its report to the Ministers concerned.
