Fraserasked the Postmaster-General the attitude of Her Majesty's Government towards the proposal that blind persons should be allowed a rebate of £1 on the combined television and wireless licence of £3, thus reinstating, where appropriate, the concession originally granted in the Wireless Telegraphy (Blind Persons Facilities) Act, 1926.
