§ Mr, Deedes:My right hon. Friend cannot yet say when the whole route will be formally completed, but with the exception of some four miles where there have been difficulties, the whole of the 250 miles from the Peak to the Border is now open to the public. In the last three years 63 miles of new public rights of way have been made.
