(3) to give, in respect of Hoxton House School, Shoreditch, London, the area of land required for the school, the cost thereof, and its rateable value at the time of purchase.

(4) to give, in respect of Coundon Court School, Coventry, the area of land 129W required for the school, the cost thereof. and its rateable value at the time of purchase.
