§ Mr. GammansAirmail letters should not normally take more than two to three days to reach Bermuda from London. The two letters of which my hon. Friend has sent me the envelopes were delayed owing to an unfortunate error in sorting, which I much regret. I am arranging for a refund of the air postage to be made to the senders.
