Willeyasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in view of the fact that Russian orders have recently been accepted by Dutch shipyards for nine large swimming dredgers and two floating derricks, and by Belgian shipyards for 14 floating cranes, orders for similar equipment can now be accepted by British shipyards.
