§ Mr. H. MacmillanThe situation in the Suez Canal Zone remains quiet and the Egyptian authorities are giving us their full co-operation. My hon. Friend will have seen from the terms of the Anglo-Egyptian Agreement, signed on 19th October, that the withdrawal of United Kingdom Forces from the Canal Zone is to be completed within 20 months of that date.
