Mr. Lewisasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will introduce amending legislation to the Housing Repairs and Rents Act, 1954, to make it legally obligatory upon the part of landlords to have stated on their tenants' rent books the gross rateable value and the statutory deduction of the premises they are occupying.
