Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what reply he has made to the Cardiff City Council's resolution, a copy of which has been sent to him, expressing disappointment at his decision not to grant some financial assistance to Cardiff under the Exchequer Equalisation Grants.
