§ Mr. TurtonA White Paper (Command 9282) has already been published embodying the text of the Treaty and the protocol to it.
The official verbatim record of the opening and closing sessions will be placed in the Library of the House. The remainder of the speeches were made in closed session, and cannot, therefore, be made public.
