§ Mr. Lennox-BoydRecords of earnings in the West Indian Colonies are not complete enough for me to obtain for the hon. and gallant Member figures of average earnings in the several territories, nor in the absence of unemployment registration can I give him the proportion of unemployed, which in any case in most places varies greatly at different seasons of the year.
