§ 65. Sir W. Smithersasked the Minister of Education whether, in view of the fact that county councils will shortly be considering their estimates for next year's Budget, he will expedite his decision in regard to the recommendations contained 201W in the White Paper of the Report of a year's investigation by a committee under the chairmanship of Dr. Eric Ashby in which the committee criticise the disparity between payments made by adult students and suggest a district survey of fees.
