§ Mr. Iain MacleodThe Council's arrangements have been completed satisfactorily; the cost is not readily distinguishable from the cost of the Maternity and Child Welfare Service of which these arrangements now form an integral part, but the Council estimate that it will be about £18,000 a year. Half the cost is met by Exchequer grant.
