§ THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD MANCROFT)Section 16 (4) of the Protection of Birds Act, 1954, provides for the whole of the Act to come into force on 1st December. The advisory committee for England and Wales will be appointed, and the names of the members announced, in a few days, and the committee for Scotland very soon.
