Mr. Lucasasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many Civil Service pensions, commencing before 31st March, 1952, are ineligible for increase under the Pensions (Increase) Acts of 1944, 1947 and 1954; and how many of these pensions are also debarred from increase under the Pensions (Increase) Act, 1952, because of their amount or the total income of the pensioners from all sources.
