§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterIf the hon. Member is referring to my recent reply to a Parliamentary Question on the subject of my preliminary proposals in respect of London traffic, the Borough of Leyton will be affected both generally by the general improvement which I hope to see in respect of traffic flow in the Metropolitan area, and particularly by the introduction of unilateral waiting restrictions in Belmont Park Road and William Street.
