§ Mr. F. MacleanAs I have informed my hon. Friend, as circumstances have changed it was necessary for us to seek the agreement of the county council to modification of the conditions of use agreed in 1950, to enable the Regular Army to use the range on week-days. This has now been obtained, on conditions we are prepared to accept, and we shall now consult other interested departments and public bodies.
