§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI am afraid I cannot add to the statement made by my hon. Friend the Joint Parliamentary Secretary during the debate on the Consolidated Fund Bill on 28th July, except to say that the Chairman of the British Transport Commission has mentioned to me the anxiety that local residents have expressed to him on this subject and that I have well in mind the desirability of approving a scheme to bridge this level crossing when the design has been settled and funds can be made available.
