Mr. Dugdale

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1) how many Africans are members of African Affairs sub-committees of municipal councils, and in which municipalities;

(2) how many Africans are full-time members of municipal councils and township management boards, and in which places;

(3) how many Africans are members of African Affairs sub-committees of townships management boards and in which towns.
