§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeThe functions of the Minister for Welsh Affairs, which were defined by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister in a statement in Parliament on 13th November, 1951, are not of an executive character, and it is not necessary for any member of my staff to devote all his time to Welsh Affairs. At least three members of my staff can speak and read Welsh and are available to help me when required.
