asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government (1) whether, in view of the end of all building licensing, he will give favourable consideration to loan sanction for the project for public swimming baths at New Addington, about which a proposal has already been submitted by the county borough council of Croydon;

(2) whether he is prepared to give favourable consideration to loan sanction for a proposal for additional facilities at the community hall now being built at New Addington.
