§ Mr. Elwyn Jonesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government when he proposes to give a considered answer to the letter of the hon. and learned Member for West Ham, South, dated 20th October, 1954, regarding increases in rents claimed by certain landlords on the basis of repairs paid for by grants to the landlords from the Lord Mayor's National Flood and Tempest Distress Fund.
