HC Deb 15 November 1954 vol 533 c6W
74. Sir F. Messer

asked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the Middlesex County Council has issued an instruction that its ambulance drivers are no longer to do any running repairs but must send to their depot for a relief ambulance if, for any reason, a breakdown occurs; and, in view of the fact that this may cause delay in a patient reaching hospital, if he will consult with the county council on the matter.

Mr. Iain Macleod

I am making inquiries of the county council and will write to the hon. Member.
