Members for Liverpool Divisions and his Departmental officials, to all Road Safety Committees.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterThis is a good film. I think it will be very useful for Road Safety Committees, although some editing to make it a little shorter would improve its usefulness for this purpose.
