§ 64. Mr. A. J. Irvineasked the Minister of Health whether, although figures are not available to show precisely the number of transfers in the relevant category, he will give an estimate of the extent to which the National Health Service (General Medical and Pharmaceutical Services) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 96W have reduced the number of persons who, whilst not changing their own addresses, change their doctors under the National Health Service.
