§ Mr. H. BrookeThe Association of University Teachers sent to my right hon. Friend last July a copy of a memorandum on salaries which they had submitted to the Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals and informed him of the considerations on which that submission was based. As he stated in reply to a Question by the hon. and learned Member two days ago, he hopes before long to be in a position to make a statement.
