§ 105 and 106. Mr. Mitchisonasked the Attorney-General (1) what consultation there has been with Dominion Governments on the First Report of the Private International Law Committee and on the recommendations made therein; and the result of such consultation;
(2) Whether he will make a statement as to the policy of Her Majesty's Government regarding the recommendations in the First Report of the Private International Law Committee; and whether it is proposed to introduce the legislation recommended.
