§ Miss HorsbrughI am ready to consider promptly any recommendations that are submitted to me by the Burnham Technical Committee immediately they are in a position to do so. I hope that this will be soon, but so long as I make this quite clear, I do not consider that there is any other action which I can usefully take at this stage to help forward the committee's negotiations.
