Bossomasked the Minister of Agriculture if he will consider the desirability of amending the Horticultural Produce (Sales on Commission) Act, 1926, to provide that a record of the sale should be made at the time of the transaction and a duplicate copy of this entry handed to the purchaser at the time.
§ Sir T. DugdaleI do not at present see any need for amending the Act in the sense suggested by my hon. Friend, but I shall be glad to consider any representations that growers or others concerned may wish to make.
