asked the President of the Board of Trade how soon he expects to be able to state the number of proceedings to be taken against film quota defaulters for the quota year 1951–52.

Informations have been laid in two cases and summonses will be issued very shortly. I expect that summonses will ultimately be issued in up to 25 further cases.
