Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will now offer to the Kabaka of Buganda the opportunity of returning at an appropriate time to his own country provided that he will relinquish all claims to the Kabakaship and give assurances of his intention to live as a private citizen.
