Thomasasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that a disabled person, Mr. Douglas Jones, 39a, Severn Grove, Cardiff, has been waiting a long time for a covered car to enable him to get about in all weathers; and whether, in view of Mr. Jones' desire to attend a rehabilitation centre, he will expedite delivery of the car.
