§ Mr. ProfumoI am examining with my noble Friend the Secretary of State for Air the extent to which pilots from the Services will meet the future needs of civil aviation. The proposals in the memorandum presented by Air Chief Marshal Sir Guy Garrod will be carefully considered in the light of the results of this examination.
