§ Mr. Patrick Maitlandasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received advocating a town development policy for Scotland.
§ Mr. J. StuartRepresentations have been received from the Scottish National Housing and Town Planning Council and the Town and Country Planning Association that the Town Development Act, 1952, should be applied to Scotland. The matter is at present being considered by the Clyde Valley Regional Planning Advisory Committee.
