§ Mr. Selwyn LloydNo. Her Majesty's Government stand firmly by the European Defence Community Treaty, which has now been ratified by four of the six signatory States, and by the arrangements for United Kingdom association with the European Defence Community concluded in 1952 and in April of this year.
