§ Mr. R. A. ButlerNo. As my right hon. Friend explained in reply to the hon. Member for Huddersfield, East (Mr. J. P. W. Mallalieu) on 8th April last. I consider that the limited amount of Entertainments Duty relief which can be afforded this year is best given in the way f proposed in my Budget statement.
