§ Mr. GammansI have received representations through my hon. Friend the Member for Conway (Mr. P. Thomas) about rural kiosks in Caernarvonshire. 31 kiosks have been allocated to the rural areas of Caernarvonshire in the past 5 years and all of these have been provided. The allocation to Caernarvonshire could only be increased at the expense of other counties.
