asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether his attention has been drawn to the accident at the level crossing at Stapeley, near Nantwich, Cheshire, on 6th June, in which an express train from Penzance to Liverpool and a private car were involved; and whether the casualties resulting from this accident will be included in both the road casualty statistics and the rail casualty statistics.
