§ Major Lloyd GeorgeNegotiations are continuing with the Government of Northern Ireland on the amount of the grant and the method of its application. It has. however, been decided that the cost of such residual buying as may be necessary where no bids are made and the cost of ensuring adequate transport facilities for the movement of fatstock from Northern Ireland to other parts of the United Kingdom during the months immediately following decontrol will be met from the Vote of my Department.
