§ Mr. H. MacmillanA number of plot holders on the Avon Castle and Matcham Park estates have appealed to me against the Hampshire County Council's refusal to permit them to put dwellings on their land. Their appeals have been heard at two public inquiries, of which the second took place last month. I am now considering the appeals, and the county council's proposals for this estate which gave rise to them, in the light of my inspector's reports.
