§ 83. Mr. Jannerasked the President of the Board of Trade when he anticipates that he will receive a report from the Monopolies Commission with regard to the reference made to them under Section 15 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Practices Act in December, 1952; and 31W whether, in view of the time which has since elapsed, he will call for interim reports on some of the particular questions contained in that reference.
§ Mr. H. StraussI cannot say when the Commission is likely to report. It is for the Commission itself to decide, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, the form in which it will make its report.
