§ Mr. Viantasked the Minister of Health how many cases of smallpox and how many deaths from that disease were recorded in the year 1953; what were the ages of those concerned; and in what towns or villages they occurred.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodThirty cases were notified and eight deaths were registered. Numbers in different age groups were as follows:
