§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftIt would not always be in the public interest for firms in the North-East to establish units at Pallion instead of expanding where they are. In all suitable cases, firms are encouraged to consider establishing production in the Sunderland area, whether on the Pallion estate or elsewhere.
