§ Mr. LytteltonI have received a letter from the president of the union urging an inquiry into the conduct of the police and other officials. It has been acknowledged. I had earlier said, in answer to a motion on the same subject by the same person in the St. Vincent Legislative Council, that I saw no grounds for instituting an inquiry.
