§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeI have received comments on many points from 58 organisations. I am reviewing the suggested provisions in the light of these comments, and if anything fresh emerges the organisations particularly affected will be consulted again. I regret that I cannot say when it will be possible to introduce legislation.
